Returns
- We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- Damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
How to Initiate a Return

- Mention your order number, a description of the issue, and attach clear photos of the product.
- If your return request is approved, we’ll share instructions for sending the product back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
Refunds
- No refunds will be given for opened products.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- To replace a product, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
