1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India): Free shipping on all orders.
  • International: A flat shipping charge of ₹1,700 applies to all international orders.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments will be the customer’s responsibility.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within India: 4-7 business days (depending on location).
  • International: 10-15 business days (may vary based on destination and customs clearance).
  • Delivery times may be affected by external factors like weather conditions, customs delays, or courier service disruptions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email.
  • Customers can track their orders using the provided link or through our website.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

      If the customer is not present at the delivery location, the next steps typically depend on the delivery service’s policies. Common procedures include:

  • Attempted Delivery Notification – The delivery person may leave a notice indicating the attempt and instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
  • Reattempted Delivery – Some services make another attempt at delivery on a later date.
  • Held at a Pickup Location – The package may be taken to a nearby facility or locker for the customer to collect within a specified timeframe.
  • Return to Sender – If the package is not claimed within the allotted time, it may be returned to the sender.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and products.
  • We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund if eligible.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will coordinate with the shipping provider for resolution.
  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier disruptions.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
