Returns

  • We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Mention your order number, a description of the issue, and attach clear photos of the product.
  • If your return request is approved, we’ll share instructions for sending the product back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

Refunds

  • No refunds will be given for opened products.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • To replace a product, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers
  • Products returned without prior approval
